It has been 5 weeks since my contract ended and I left the property. Due to many stalling tactics and none responses to emails and requests to Louise Jackson, I have still yet to receive my £500 deposit back. This is not due to any disagreement over the condition of the property. The deposit value is agreed. They simply seem unwilling to release the money You are constantly told that it takes about a week from any given time. How long does this possibly take? If the rent I was paying was 5 weeks late I'd soon know about it. I am still fighting to get MY money back. I need money to move to another property, I have been in limbo for weeks now all because of Entwistle Greens inefficiencies and terrible service. Definitely avoid!
Dont ignore correspondence. Do things when you say you will, like refund deposits.
Expensive, especially considering level of basic service.

This estate agent has the highest finding fees (reference checks, credit checks, etc. etc. etc.) but promised exceptional service. I rented a property for 18 months. The highest I found when looking to rent a property. but they promised exceptional service. The rent charged was also higher than average. But my partner really liked the kitchen, so we rented from entwistle.

Employ staff who don\'t lie, don\'t drink on the job and do what they get paid for instead of pretending to be 1980s business women.
Disgraceful. Other agents charge quarter of this and better service too. I got into debt to be lied to and nearly split up with my husband over the stress of it all.

They need to charge less. They need to ensure that when they say they are going to do something, they do it, or let you know they are trying! They need to learn how to be punctual and customer focused.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
