What agent could do to change your mind?
They are rude, they don\'t address customers professionally,no salutation in their mails. They need to be cautioned. They\'ll never refund their deposit. Their reputation is so tarnished, they had to change their name to Allison and co

Myself and partner rented a property in LEEDS with the manchester branch of this company. We should have realised what a disaster this was going to be when they made us travel to manchester to pick up the keys on moving day and then provided us with no fobs.
