Terrible! This was supposed to be a student only accommodation in the converted Eleanor Rigby Hotel. Rooms were occupied by some very random individuals and the strip club below was in full operation despite having been assured otherwise. Broken telly, no lock on door. i was employed as a contractor by issac anthony and dealt on a daily basis with asma naureen and their maintenance dept. the policy of customer care was hap hazard and flippant with policies being changed on a daily basis, all to the detrement of the tenant. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
