Terrible! This was supposed to be a student only accommodation in the converted Eleanor Rigby Hotel. Rooms were occupied by some very random individuals and the strip club below was in full operation despite having been assured otherwise. Broken telly, no lock on door. Terrible! This was supposed to be a student only accommodation in the converted Eleanor Rigby Hotel. Rooms were occupied by some very random individuals and the strip club below was in full operation despite having been assured otherwise. Broken telly, no lock on door.

i was employed as a contractor by issac anthony and dealt on a daily basis with asma naureen and their maintenance dept. the policy of customer care was hap hazard and flippant with policies being changed on a daily basis, all to the detrement of the tenant. the policy of customer care was hap hazard and flippant with policies being changed on a daily basis, all to the detrement of the tenant. They are very irrisponsible and are extremely bad with money, i could go on forever about this so called company but my advice would be to stay a million miles away from them and find a good reputable company.lokat thier customer rating and make your own judgement.
