I attempted to rent a property from Lawsons and was told the criteria. I complied with the criteria, which included getting rid of my cats and paying six months up front. The agency then told me that they would recommend a further six months rent. I lost the flat, my cats was homeless for a short time because the person they allowed to proffesionally represent them had no estate agency experience and had not even qualified as an estae agent. What a disgusting firm and to add insult to injury they still alow this to go on.
What agent could do to change your mind?

I used Lawson's for many years and found them expensive but provided excellent service. I now use another letting agent as I found their service levels very poor and staff unprofessional in more recent years.
