I used Lawson's for many years and found them expensive but provided excellent service. I now use another letting agent as I found their service levels very poor and staff unprofessional in more recent years. I attempted to rent a property from Lawsons and was told the criteria. I complied with the criteria, which included getting rid of my cats and paying six months up front.
