We viewed a property with HRT Bridgend and we put in an offer which was accepted.While we were in the process of arranging a mortgage we were told by Gavin another offer had been received.We were confused as ours had been accepted.We then had to start the game of us matching the other bidder while we were being gazumped each time. All the while that the Company didn't approve of this,they were in effect promoting it as to allow this to happen. The decision was then taken that the two parties had to offer as much as they possibly could ,even though our bid had been accepted.The amount would be kept confidential from one another,remarkably the other party offered a fraction more than our bid!!! We lost the house. Left a very bad taste. This was all after our first offer had been accepted.

My wife and I sold our exsisting house and bought a new house with the HRT team in Bridgend and from the very start of what can be an extremely stressful process, HRT at all times went above and beyond the levels of service you would expect of any company in any industry.
