This is an old established company but has disgusting bad practices. It took them over 3 weeks to fix a shower, they refused to have the chimney swept even though it’s their legal responsibility. When we left they claimed for gardening and some slight marks on a hob in the ... Read Full Review

The field agents are nice enough, but when you've viewed a houses you wish to make an offer on, and actually start to ask questions, they rather suddenly become evasive. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
