I was very keen to find a property to rent in Glos Docks, so viewed a property in June 2015 with Naylor Powell. I decided not to take this property as was smaller than I had wanted. The lettings agent offered to inform me of other similar properties that come up as I realise Glos Docks is a highly sought after area and properties get taken up quickly. I didn't hear anything from him since, and I emailed him to chase this up, with no response or reply. I happen to know there have been many properties that have become available since and been let within 48 hours. My sense of this was that as the interest is so high for these properties, he did not bother following this up with me. I have now let a property through a different agent. Poor service Naylor Powell. Has put me off approaching you again in future.

3 Oct 2015Unfortunately the demand we have for docks apartments is extremely high and we have large and growing lists of potential tenants. We are sorry that we could not find a suitable property that met your requirements in the timescale you wanted. We are aware that over the last few weeks people using certain web hosts have not received our email responses due to security issues. I appreciate this sounds like an excuse but it is an issue we have unfortunately had but now resolved. The vast majority of properties we let in the docks are let to people already on our list so please do give us another go next time. Sorry that we have not got it right for you this time round. This does unfortunately lead to a number of disappointed people. We are sorry that we have not managed to find something that suits your requirements in the time you required it. We have suffered from a few email glitches over the last few weeks whereby people have not always received out replies. That said we have obviously not got it right this time and we apologise. awful service. Firstly during rental, any issues took too long to resolve, and you had to do all the chasing until it got resolved. Then when at the end of the lease, we had it fully cleaned, sofas laundered, carpets steam cleaned and full tidiedup, even laundered all sheets and left new clean... Read Full Review

Would have given 0 stars but that's not possible. Absolutely awful communication from day one. I am renting from Naylor Powell and they are beyond awful - I would have given them 0 stars but the website had to have at least 1.
