awful service. Firstly during rental, any issues took too long to resolve, and you had to do all the chasing until it got resolved. Then when at the end of the lease, we had it fully cleaned, sofas laundered, carpets steam cleaned and full tidiedup, even laundered all sheets and left new clean... Read Full Review

I am renting from Naylor Powell and they are beyond awful - I would have given them 0 stars but the website had to have at least 1.
