I recently sold my flat through Retties in Edinburgh and I found them excellent. Fiona Lance was super. I had one offer from a buyer for my flat who on first appearances seemed excellent however as the completion date came and went we realised when no missives were signed that they were very unreliable/questionable buyers. After seeking legal advice and making sure all was done properly Fiona had my flat back on the market ASAP with many prospective buyers ready for new viewings. She was very professional . I found her very helpful and supportive.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. A complete lack of communication and false promises. The art of passing the buck and futile excuses has reached levels that a third world dictator would be proud of. If anyone is waiting payment for monies owed don't expect prompt payment.... Beware! Beware! We recently agreed to purchase a property in Edinburgh and Rettie & Co. were the selling agent. To cut a long story short, we were gazumped and Rettie did very little to help!
