Where do I start? This is not a company to be trusted. If you complain to the partners they ignore you. The management costs are high for the service you get. It's not surprising as they have 2 or 3 people managing over 10k properties (according to their web site). They also get commission on all services they purchase for the property and so nothing is purchased for the benefit of the property. For example they get a 20 per cent commission for all insurances. High cost poor service and no management the partners should be embarrassed.

6 Jul 2019Im the so called manager !! My aim is to take all your money and do absolutely nuffin in return !! I dont awnser complaints, and quote for jobs that dont need doing, and if your mug enough to think we will even paint your property we will send around the scaries and frighten you to pay ! I need my bonuses

We wish we could speak more positively of them. While under Wellbeck we have to say that the lady we dealt with Jane was always very helpful and we did not have much problems. since they have taken over. we do not get a response to any of our enquiries be it requests by phone which never get... What agent could do to change your mind?
as stated return phone calls and respond to our requests would be all we ask for.
