This agency has been nothing but good for me. Very quick to respond. Incredibly good communication. They have always tried to help whenever I reported problems. Every one of those problems were completed in a very satisfactory way. They would also contact my agent in Portugal whenever I required help. I can't say enough about them really.

For the second time in 8 months I have had a serious drain blockage, where I have hazardous waste filling my kitchen sink parsons and basley both time have not done anything about it I have a child and they have left us like this for 4 days now, I have reported them to environmental health as I am... Please do not use this agency if you want to maintain your dignity and please be aware of their enormous fees. I have found an amazing landlord now who not only respects my privacy, but also treats me like a human being. I regret the day I stepped into their Bognor office..and signed on the dotted... Please do not use this agency if you want to maintain your dignity and please be aware of their enormous fees.
I have found an amazing landlord now who not only respects my privacy, but also treats me like a human being.
I regret the day I stepped into their Bognor office..and signed on the dotted line.
Tenants are human beings with backgrounds and feelings..
Go elsewhere if you are looking for a place to call home. Do not use Parsons..believe me you will regret it.
They will no doubt try to reply to my review...to make themselves look good!

Well where to start. When collecting the keys on our first day we were informed the kitchen had a leak which turned out to be a terrible ongoing leak. The flat after a month was showing serious signs of damp yet the agents refused to help and told us to clean mould ourselves. Despite the fact a baby was living there too. They let themselves as well as workmen in without proper consent. Secondary glazing was poorly fitted which feel out cm's from our childs head. Again agent informed and problem was not fixed. Finally green mould grew all over furniture causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage. The agents where very rude ignorant and very uninterested in helping us reslove any issues and had the nerve to charge us money when leaving
