Great service, breath of fresh air. Next to solicitors, estate agents are my second least favourite people. They try and squeeze every penny out of you whilst giving you a mouthful into the bargain. I wanted to get on Rightmove the cheapest way possible and that was with Home Sales Online. I paid £295 and that was it, no percentage fee, no marketing fee, no other sneaky fees for random things. I spoke to other agents and there was one firm that wanted to charge me PER viewing, what a joke. That was on top of a fee for photos, a 'marketing fee' and a commission at the end. Wake up and smell the coffee, people have had enough of being ripped off. I'm a straight forward guy and they had the same approach so we got on fine. I'm in control of the viewings through an account with them, I agree when they are happening and get them confirmed. So the joker below who left a review doesn't seem to know that its the owner that confirms the viewings, if you don't confirm them no-one will turn up, simples! I work hard for my money and I expect good service, they provided that and I got what I wanted.

We were promised our property would be marketed after paying our fees, then the business was sold and the new owners didn't honour the contract! As far as I am concerned, I would recommend dealing with a reputable legal firm who will not rip you off! Do not use homesaleonline or companies like this ... Read Full Review

Cheap yes, estate agency service NO. Problem with these guys is they really do take this micky. Took £350 from me and never delivered anything there websites says.
