Contracted a survey and marketing package with them in early May and a few days cancelled due to personal reasons. Spoke to them over the phone and then followed up with an e-mail to cancel as requested by Ms Flynn. I eventually received an e-mail saying that I would receive my refund within 30 days and 5 months later I have not received anything. I have even asked a lawyer to send them two letters asking for my money back. When I call they fob me off and they do not respond to e-mails and letters. Very frustrated and angry that I have waited so long. Would like to warn everyone not to use them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have refunded me within the 30day period as stated by the conditions.

We were promised our property would be marketed after paying our fees, then the business was sold and the new owners didn't honour the contract! As far as I am concerned, I would recommend dealing with a reputable legal firm who will not rip you off! Do not use homesaleonline or companies like this ... Read Full Review

Great service, breath of fresh air. Next to solicitors, estate agents are my second least favourite people. They try and squeeze every penny out of you whilst giving you a mouthful into the bargain. Cheap yes, estate agency service NO. Problem with these guys is they really do take this micky. Took £350 from me and never delivered anything there websites says.
