We were promised our property would be marketed after paying our fees, then the business was sold and the new owners didn't honour the contract! Great service, breath of fresh air. Next to solicitors, estate agents are my second least favourite people. They try and squeeze every penny out of you whilst giving you a mouthful into the bargain. Cheap yes, estate agency service NO. Problem with these guys is they really do take this micky. Took £350 from me and never delivered anything there websites says.
