Aside from the fees which we just accepted early on, I could not agree with this comment more. This is an extremely accurate account of our experience with Portico too. Everything from not even apologising for such appealing communication to total unfair treatment. I will also be writing a detailed account of our experience but avoid Portico at all costs if you don't want to feel utterly stressed, upset and exasperated during and AFTER your tenancy has supposed to have even ended. :'( ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
