You can add or update your additional details in My Account section after logged in. This additional details will be telephone, photo, address. You have full rights to enable or disable them to be visible in your profile page.
The various types of profiles created by us for each unique roles, collects different sets of information and will also be part of Master data.

When you write a review for a agent on allAgents, people can show that they find this review useful, we collect how many people read your review, found your review useful but we dont track their identities. Just use this for usability & statistics of each review. or would like to comment on your review.
1.3 Information in Add a Commentif you notify us about a review that you believe violates our Review Guidelines, information which we collect are as follows.
The information that you enter into any of the forms we offer to allow you to contact agents is recorded by us and then sent to the agents that you chose to contact or agents which are covering you postcode. This helps them provide you with a more personalised service. We also send the agents details of your last search to help them find property that matches your requirements more closely.
When you browse through our property portal, we saved your searches, so we can show them in our recent searches.
If you register with us, save searches and/or use the property alerts feature to receive notification when new properties matching your criteria are added to our website, we record the settings you use and which properties have been sent to you. We do not make any information about any property that has been sent to you available to our advertisers or third parties.

Staff profiles are unique to each individual. Biggest Advantage is a review can be assigned to 2 staff members by reviewer. Also when staff changes his job, he can request for reassigning him to his new company with his own reviews, his portfolio of previously sold properties. You can make changes to your settings from your Account Settings and have full control of what information showuld be visible on your profile page. Your profile is created by your company. They can also update your details, you can opt out if you think your company should not update your personal information. Alternatively, your profile is created when reviewer add you name in their review. In this case, you can claim your profile.

1.12 IP addresses and browser settingsWhen visiting allAgents, the IP address and the browser settings of your computer are registered. The IP address is the numerical address of the computer used when visiting the Website. Browser settings are e.g. the type of browser you use, browser language, time zone etc. The IP address and browser settings are registered to enable allAgents.co.uk to trace the used computer in case of misuse or unlawful actions in connection with the visit on or use of the Website.
