My flat sold for 38.5k, and even though i risked paying the smaller Express fee (non refundable) of well over £1000, its a lot to lose. With hindsight i would have chosen a local agency, who charge a percentage of sale fee. i think Express should do same for small sales. Should say - i got a lot less for the flat than Express's estimate
