I do not recommend them. It took them 7 months to fix a shower door. Head of property management assured me that she will personally take care of the maintenance issues. Then she never replied to emails or answered phone... Read Full Review

This has to be the most unprofessional lettings agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My 96 year old mother, who has dementia and is registered blind, was left without of freezer for two months and the old freezer which had been taken out has been standing in the hall outside her door ... So disappointed with this agency, what a bunch of unprofessional, ignorant people. They are not answering their emails, only being cooperative and helpful when they need something from you but forget about you the first second when they got what they were after. 19 Aug 2019I had a similar experience with these people at check out- after 10 days they said the only got the check out. But someone moved in the property the next day we moved out. And then they went quiet...
