This has to be the most unprofessional lettings agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My 96 year old mother, who has dementia and is registered blind, was left without of freezer for two months and the old freezer which had been taken out has been standing in the hall outside her door ... This has to be the most unprofessional lettings agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My 96 year old mother, who has dementia and is registered blind, was left without of freezer for two months and the old freezer which had been taken out has been standing in the hall outside her door since November and it is now March 2019. I have made numerous calls to the agents as has the landlord and now the Managing Agents to no avail. This company has a very cavalier attitude towards its clients. Disgraceful behaviour. I now don't want to call them about other problems.

So disappointed with this agency, what a bunch of unprofessional, ignorant people. They are not answering their emails, only being cooperative and helpful when they need something from you but forget about you the first second when they got what they were after. I had to chase so many times in the past few months about different things nobody would even believe me! We've been renting through them for quite a while, never much interaction except for extending the contracts so not really sure why the landlord was paying them as we were speaking with him directly all the time anyway. It's been 3 weeks now since we moved out and nobody said a word to us about the deposit although we chased quite a few times, asking for more detail. I had to investigate and find the responsible person in the agency who like everyone else in Beckenham branch is very ignorant, not replying to most of my emails and having a 'you again' attitude every time I call for an update. We had to call and ask for a check out report and even after this was promised to us, email and chase again to get it. Today they told me they have lost the check in report (!!!!!) and have to ask the company who's done the survey for an additional copy so we'll have to wait for that as well. I am shocked how with all this incompetence they are still able to get the clients. Definitely avoid if you can!
