He sold my house and continuously liaised with me and the sellers and our solicitors, ensuring that the sale stayed on track and that the buyers were able to complete before the expiry of the stamp duty window. Always very cheerful, responsive and helpful, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him and all the team at Sinclair Hammelton. He was first class! I wouldn't sell my property through these agents - very unprofessional. You will lose potential buyers because they don't seem to care.

We have put an offer on a house in BR2. I have explained the agent that we want to deal with a serious seller only as we have two young children and will have to move our from our flat in couple of months. We wanted to avoid the situation where the seller is pulling out last minute and we will not have time to find somewhere else. The agent words were: '' I got to know my client, he is serious about selling his house, he wont mess you about''. Guess what, after we have done the searches, surveys and had the mortgage approved, the seller has pulled out. We had to find out through our solicitor as Sinclair Hammelton did not even bother to respond to my email. The worst part is that the agent knew already for a while that the seller has changed his mind. I started to be suspicious when I was told to wait for further damp & roof survey results, then he was too busy to take my calls. We will not use Sinclair Hammelton again for buying or selling in the future.

We were influenced to go with Sinclair Hammelton in the first instance because of their competitive fees and their readiness to structure those fees in a way which suited us, together with their excellent track record in Bromley, both in time taken to sell and achievement of valuation. Luke did an excellent job of setting things up, and Matt and Morwenna followed the case up with alacrity. Mo in particular refused to let matters go pear shaped when arrangements looked as if they were about to founder, carrying out some swift follow up negotiations with all parties, which with a bit of give and take on all sides rescued the day. Great initiative! No regrets about giving SH sole agency.

We received a very professional, thorough and friendly service from the team at Sinclair Hammelton. We had our house up for sale with 3 agencies and if the circumstances were different we would have only used SH.
Chris Lang arrived for the valuation on time, with a wealth of relevant information and his manner was friendly yet professional. He was confident and this was reassuring. Our terms were met by Chris, Russell and the team. They worked exceptionally hard to stick to those terms and give us the advise necessary to achieve the sale. Feedback after viewings were given promptly and with positivity. Most viewings were at a similar times and mainly when convenient to me.
We had some unfortunate experiences whilst trying to sell at different stages, however SH maintained viewings, advertising and kept our spirits up!! You really get a personal touch with SH which we did not feel as strong with other agents we dealt with. You feel part of the SH "family".
We are really pleased SH finished the sale of our property. They know the market and worked tirelessly to close the sale. Thank you for a professional, friendly and thorough service. We would highly recommend!
