During the viewings of properties, they behaved as expected, but once I had signed away my money things quickly changed. Mr Gavin Grainger was giving false references about myself not paying the rent of time . Besides he said I was paying a lower rent as per tenancy agreement. Having all the documentations ( last 6 monks bank statement , tenancy agreement indicating the rent to be paid etc..) i was able to overcome... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
