I have come across several concerning valuations on Rightmove. Such tactics are is highly unprofessional and should be reported. I strongly recommend avoiding any business transactions with RSK Ealing to avoid falling victim to their pricing games.

Whilst many of the other agents ignored our requests and were consistently late to appointments, Han was extremely considerate and always paid heed to our demands.
I highly recommend Han for anyone looking in Ealing & surrounding areas.

Money taken for an apartment that we got through them, they lied to us and changed stuff in the apartment after we signed the contract, and we only discovered that we got scammed once we moved in ! Han was the agent in charge to show me the properties. He's a really nice guy and always tried to keep my preferences on mind so he could show me the most suitable properties for us. I arrived in London to work in a contract position and stayed in a hotel at first. From there I got in contact with Robertson Smith & Kempson in Ealing, who efficiently helped me find a rented apartment that met my expectations in terms of budget, size, standard and location. There were no hassles and the whole process was smooth.
My rental contract was for one year, but it so happened that had a good offer for a permanent job elsewhere and had to leave London again sooner than expected. Even though this was a breach of my rental contract, Will and Han from RSK were enthusiastic and helpful in resolving the situation for me by advertising for and finding a new tenant to take over my tenancy. They completed this task in only 2 weeks with flawless service all the way through the process and thereby relieved me of the financial burden it would have been to be stuck with a double rent obligation for an unpredictable number of months.
I highly recommend the services of Robertson Smith & Kempson to anyone looking for a tenancy in the London Ealing area.

The only reason I purchased a property through RSK, was by negotiating with the vendor directly as they were* inefficient and untrustworthy. She was often 'away on sick leave' or 'on holiday' to excuse her slowness. I attempted to renegotiate my offer in light of Brexit, and received the most horrendously aggressive email * about how I was 'morally wrong' to be spooked by Brexit, and then threatened me with a withdrawal letter she claimed to have drafted if I did not confirm the purchase by the next morning. How is it morally right to repetitively lie to and then bully your customers into one of the biggest decisions they could make? Vile behaviour. Upon completion of the sale, RSK literally washed their hands of me. I sent them a list of simple questions for the vendor - about the basic functioning of the flat (what all the keys were for, where the electricity meter was, the bin policy, the mail policy, what certain switches inside the flat were for). RSK's response was basically - not our problem sorry (written in an email from the* branch manager Kelly Gill who replied for them*). Management of the flat couldn't give me the answers as they advised that this was the estate agent's duty and they didn't have this knowledge. I have been left with no answers.

They are totally unproffessional. I had a very bad experience with them.They delayed us one week to move in the appartment in order to clean it proffessionally (stated in the contract also) it and when we got the keys the appartment was dirty!! Moreover they charged us extra costs which weren't agreeed from the first place and they do not accept the legal 6 months breaking close. We agreed in additional terms such as painting the appartment and they forgot to add it in the contract.. The terms in the contract are totally unfair (pay 10% of each month's rent in case that we need to move out before the 1 year)and they are not flexible. Overall it was a very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend them!

We rented our flat out with Rsk at the end of the contract we told them that we did not wish to renew the contract as we were selling the flat and they went behind our back and forced the tenants to renew and threatened to blacklist them. I dealt with Liam Rouse who went behind our back and charged the tenants money despite telling him we did wish to renew. They then tried to extort money from us when we refused they took a county court judgement against us. These are the real Mafia. It's our flat and the contract is finished with RSK Keiran Chaplin then took over intimidating me on the phone. Still traumatised.

When i got there, there was nobody. I was 15min early but as i was told somebody would be there the whole day, i called the agency. The woman who picked up the phone was so rude. She shouted "it's 27A!" as if i was knocking at the wrong door but i wasn't. Then she hanged up on me. I wasn't happy with her attitude but i decided to remain calm (i wasn't going to allow her to ruin my saturday). 15 min later, i called the agency again and the same rude woman picked up. I said "i have an appointment at 13:30 but the agent is not here". She rudely shouted at me on the phone "he will be there at 13:30!". I remained calm and replied "it is 13:30". She argued, rudely and agressively "no it's not! He'll be there at 13:30!". I don't like rude people so i told her "if he's not here in 10min, i'll go (as i have other viewings booked). Then she replied with a no-care attitude "that's fine, we have many people who want to view it!"

Gary Smith was lovely however, in the sales office at The Mall.
I've heard a lot of horrible rumors about the Thamesview takeover, and having dealt with RSK prior to Thamesview, I can now say that I fully agree and believe in these rumors. Thamesview are rude, obnoxious and sly characters. What a shame, such a lovely company losing their reputation like this.
Will NEVER use this agent again (Sorry Gary).
