I've just been called back by this agent, who tried to tease information out of me that I twice said I was not happy to share. He then mixed me up with another client. After all of this he didn't even said 'sorry' once, he just piled up justifications as it was me to be in the wrong.

I was most impressed with all the staff I came into contact with at the Hanwell branch and in particular Zain and Jonathan.
They gave a valuation far in excess of what I or other local Estate Agents thought achievable and hit the ground running within hours of their valuation and actually achieved an offer in excess of the asking price within a matter of days.
In the following weeks they were always available to advise and guide me through the entire process and helped in reaching Exchange within the predicted time frame.
I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to others.
If you want a professional,courteous and pro-active team to sell your property and achieve the best possible price then these are the guys to call!

On making an offer, I had a positive response very quickly, and from that time until completion, they did everything to make things run as quickly and smoothly as possible. The sales coordinator, James McTaggart, was excellent, very helpful during the buying process. The only negative point i can make is that RSK is not giving much details to the buyers, especially by email, i had to find it from my solicitor. It would help and speed up my decision. Perhaps all agents sell properties in the same way.. However, I would like to recommend RSK wholeheartedly. They are reliable.
