These agents are awful! There are so many things I could say about these people. They took MONTHS to fix anything, and only after many phone calls to ask again and again for things to be fixed. We had to live with thick black mould on bedroom walls and ceiling for months as I was told not to wash... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond when contacted. Delivered on their promises to fix things. Tell you they will take £250 for checking out, before you sign the contract. Apologise for their inadequacies. Apologise for our discomfort caused by their lack of interest.

Paul Cole is completely arrogant and the agency is a shambles. It is run by a variety of incompetent and rude people who: -don't show up to appointments and don't call to let you know -are "on their lunch" whenever you call (9am, 4pm whenever) -don't return calls when you leave... Read Full Review

A complete attitude change is what would be required from Paul Cole to change my view of Personal Homefinders.
