I have rented properties in Peterborugh, Stevenage, Dunstable, St Albans, Portsmouth and last with Personal Home Finders in Winchester. DO not use - search for reviews on other websites. They are absolutely useless - they never have the right keys when viewing properties, they know nothing about the properties they are viewing and will lie and tell you things work when they don't. These agents are awful! There are so many things I could say about these people. They took MONTHS to fix anything, and only after many phone calls to ask again and again for things to be fixed. We had to live with thick black mould on bedroom walls and ceiling for months as I was told not to wash ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond when contacted. Delivered on their promises to fix things. Tell you they will take £250 for checking out, before you sign the contract. Apologise for their inadequacies. Apologise for our discomfort caused by their lack of interest.

They will take your money as they just did with mine! When you leave they will go in there and find any small thing to bring somebody into the house and fix it and charge you ridiculous amounts of money for doing so, even if it was not your fault as it was our case. What agent could do to change your mind?
Responded to repairs and faults in an timely manor, or even in accordance with the contract. Provide details of what cleaning, checkout fee, inventory rubbish removal, replacement of smoke alarm and mirror really mean in compassion to leaking roofs, electrical alts and perpetual damp conditions.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
