DO not use - search for reviews on other websites. They are absolutely useless - they never have the right keys when viewing properties, they know nothing about the properties they are viewing and will lie and tell you things work when they don't. During your tenancy they will constantly be late to repair anything, if at all and unhelpful or just ignore you. If they do fix something expect to pay for it or have your rent increased! When you check out, the fees are ridiculous - check your agreement before you sign (we did not do this and I can't tell you how much I regret it). You will be charged a check out admin fee, an inventory check out fee, and they will definitely charge you for cleaning - even if it is spotless and a hundred times better than when you moved in. If you are already renting with them pay a commercial cleaner to do your check out clean (although make sure it is one they recommend) - that way they cannot charge you for cleaning. Although they will find something else

I have rented properties in Peterborugh, Stevenage, Dunstable, St Albans, Portsmouth and last with Personal Home Finders in Winchester. They will take your money as they just did with mine! When you leave they will go in there and find any small thing to bring somebody into the house and fix it and charge you ridiculous amounts of money for doing so, even if it was not your fault as it was our case. What agent could do to change your mind?
Responded to repairs and faults in an timely manor, or even in accordance with the contract. Provide details of what cleaning, checkout fee, inventory rubbish removal, replacement of smoke alarm and mirror really mean in compassion to leaking roofs, electrical alts and perpetual damp conditions.
