I really should have searched for this reviews before dealing with these people. We're students looking for housing in London so we often expect some quirks and difficulties in the process but nothing had prepared us for the complete lack of professionalism and communication from this agency... We lost our 900 pound holding deposit. 100 pounds per person admin fee was reasonable but when you deal with these people, you'll want to take the hit.
