Ben found me tenants for my property as soon as I had exchanged contracts on purchase of the property. The agent did very little to sort out any maintenance issues. I (the tenant) was constantly having to do their job for them. What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could simply have listened to our requests to get things fixed, and then arranged for them to get fixed. That would\'ve been nice. But it was too much to ask.
