The team at James Griffin Lettings do the basics very well. Basic communication is accurate and timely which as we all know during a house sale or purchase is not the norm so I fully recommend the whole team at the Bracknell branch of James Griffin. In addition, before selling my house they were the letting agency for 3 years and again I have nothing but praise for their professionalism, invoice accuracy and timeliness of response to both me and the people renting my house. All in all a good experience.

Ben found me tenants for my property as soon as I had exchanged contracts on purchase of the property. Ben found me tenants for my property as soon as I had exchanged contracts on purchase of the property. He was really on the ball and having found the tenants he got all the paperwork done very quickly and effeciently. Full marks! We have just checked out of a property that we have been renting through James Griffin for over 2 years now, and are very happy with the service we received from them from start to finish.
The team there have at all times been professional, polite and very helpful. As our landlord lives abroad we thought we would experience delays in response to any matters we raised, however this was never so, anything we reported was dealt with quickly and without issue.
We would like to thank all at James Griffin for their help and support during the time we rented.

A refreshing change to the usual bands who only ever seem interested in collecting money without delivering a quality service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could simply have listened to our requests to get things fixed, and then arranged for them to get fixed. That would\'ve been nice. But it was too much to ask.

Quite often I would phone up to ask if they'd made any progress re a maintenance issue, and in most cases I was having to remind them what I was waiting for.
The landlords were never chased up unless I requested them to be.
In some cases, I was actually sourcing a supplier myself to get the job done.
Unless I persistently chased them up, nothing got done.
No flexibility when it came to a checkout time - were simply told when it had to be.
All in all - very poor
Was very tempted to write to landlord to explain how shocking their managament of the property was.
