Absolutely do not use this company! Try's and gets money out of you whenever possible. Our toilet leaked and somehow trying to get us to pay for half of damage when not organised properly by the agent! Well this company is a sham, NEVER EVER go with this letting agency. Ron and Carla are the worst out of all of them, trying to con you out of more money wherever they can. What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could simply have listened to our requests to get things fixed, and then arranged for them to get fixed. That would\'ve been nice. But it was too much to ask.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
