Absolutely do not use this company! Try's and gets money out of you whenever possible. Our toilet leaked and somehow trying to get us to pay for half of damage when not organised properly by the agent! When leaving the property charges occurred for referencing and other fees which was not... Read Full Review

Absolutely do not use this company! Try's and gets money out of you whenever possible. Our toilet leaked and somehow trying to get us to pay for half of damage when not organised properly by the agent! When leaving the property charges occurred for referencing and other fees which was not stated at the beginning. Staff talk down to you and generally rubbish customer service. Recently have moved into rented accommodation and can say the estate agents where I have moved are excellent and have made it so easy and simple.

The agent did everything they could to end our tenancy early, and ensured we recovered as much of our deposit as possible. Carla in particular was outstanding and was always available when needed. Unfortunately same cant be said for all the staff. Thank you again... Read Full Review

There is no talking with these people, they force you to sign away money you never agreed to and if you try and plead your case they swear at you down the phone. They are clueless - they are not estate agents at all. They are money makers, sharks in the business world.

Comments (0)James Griffin were our letting agents for 3 years, prior to us selling our house in November 2015, and throughout the entire period they did a great job for us, initially letting out our property in Bagshot near Camberley, not only at a monthly rental we were happy with, but to a family that looked after our house. We made it slightly difficult for them in the first instance with tight deadlines but they came up trumps.

James Griffin were our letting agents for 3 years, prior to us selling our house in November 2015, and throughout the entire period they did a great job for us, initially letting out our property in Bagshot near Camberley, not only at a monthly rental we were happy with, but to a family that looked after our house. We made it slightly difficult for them in the first instance with tight deadlines but they came up trumps.
Throughout the letting period they managed maintenance issues professionally and used their own tradesmen who cost us a fair price for each job, and the cost was deducted from our monthly income.
When we came to sell, they were good at getting plenty of viewings, along with a few offers along the way, and ultimately we sold at a good market price.
The James Griffin team in Farnborough were always friendly and prompt with their follow up, and did all that we could have expected from them. They let and managed the letting of our house, and then found a buyer. Job done.

We had taken over the tenancy of the property in Camberley but the landlord had failed to undertake work promised before the start of the tenancy. In addition the day after the tenancy commenced there was a major blockage in the plumbing resulting in water pouring through the living room ceiling and the ceiling falling down. All the staff at James Griffin were helpful and the end result was them refunding all the money we had paid without quibbling or making a bad situation worse. Thank you to them all. I would not hesitate to use them again.
