Terrible service. Every instance of bringing up faults on the property is met with hostility, and being told that the contractor they pay (we pay) to maintain the site is 'useful' despite the fact we've had to make multiple complaints about the site being left in a state of disrepair, magnetic gates being left unpowered for weeks at a time etc. Apparently he's useful because it's not in his job description to get our meter readings, but he does anyway....
Hunters have now taken to not responding when asked difficult questions, either altogether or just responding to the parts of emails they feel comfortable replying to. I've asked that my complaints are forwarded to the director, only to have no reply or excuses made for the contractor (and still no confirmation that the complaints are forwarded).
The manager responsible for our property is rude, lacks knowledge about the property, and defensively hostile to any complaints about the shoddy workmanship she procures. She seems to believe it is fine that we need to request every few months the contractor carries out his duties regularly, and seemingly forgets every previous instance until we forward on emails she has responded to herself.

Moved into the flat to find multiple problems, which they claimed would be fixed when I viewed but now said they had "no record of". Advice: Take a video of the viewing and record all claims made!
They are refusing to accept amendments to the inventory. Critical problems are considered "not an emergency" and I cannot move into the flat because of both safety and hygiene issues. They are consistently refusing to give a time frame of when works would get done, and say they would come over but never do.
Never ever again!

Well handing over money to Hunters is a breeze, very efficient and trouble free. However when you move in and realise a repair carried out following leak in a bathroom above your property has been carried so poorly that you can still see the water marks under fresh paint and a flush 240v ceiling light in the bathroom has been held in place by broken up polystyrene packaging then thing alarm bells start to ring. So after replacing the light, repainting the bathroom and generally cleaning the apartment that was allegedly cleaned before I moved in I then moved on to replacing two completely broken roman blinds, again at my cost to save waiting forever for them to be replaced. So far so good for the landlord and Hunters. After moving in I found out the apartment was for sale which resulted in numerous calls and texts requesting viewings, oh joy. Had I known about this there's no way I'd have moved in. As you can see it was a never ending source of surprise, but not pleasant one's. So 12 months on I come to move out leaving the property in a far better state than when I moved in and to add insult to injury they slap a fee on me that's in small print. Ever wonder how high street estate agents get there money, it's easy, charge for next to nothing and hide it in red tape and contracts. If you're wondering why companies like purple bricks are doing so well, think upfront transparency and compare to the above

Terrible!!
This is the third agency I have used in as many years and by far the worst. They were all the nicest people in the world until we actually moved in at which point that all stopped. We sited multiple problems on the inventory, some of them significant, i.e. a broken washing machine, broken extractor fans, problems with the hot water...took months to get all sorted. Currently awaiting some sort of resolution on a broken television, reported it 4 times over that past month (both over the phone and in office)...nothing as of yet. The staff in the Park Place branch have been routinely rude and patronising and completely unhelpful, avoid at all costs.
