Absolutely horrible dealing with them. When I first rented the property I wasn’t aware of how many large gaps were in the property. This then allowed mice to enter the house. I cannot put into words how stressful it is to try and deal with these people. They don't respond to enquiries unless forced to and then expect full service charges. Very poor! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
