Absolutely horrible dealing with them. When I first rented the property I wasn’t aware of how many large gaps were in the property. This then allowed mice to enter the house. After complaining about this and having traps sent, I asked for the gaps to be filled and was told that pest control advised there was no clear entry which is a lie. They do not care about their tenants at all. Their service is a disgrace. They also advised it is my responsibility to change the kitchen light where an electrician was the one to actually fit it as it is not a normal light. So because they chose to chose a specific light fitting it is now my responsibility to spend money on changing it when a normal bulb only cost £1. It’s ridiculous

I cannot put into words how stressful it is to try and deal with these people. They don't respond to enquiries unless forced to and then expect full service charges. Very poor!
