David Silver is amazing, he will just get the job done and is a pleasure to work with. His colleague Lina is just as lovely. They will keep calling you until they are satisfied with things. The only point to raise is to try to get everything you need done by the time tenants move in, after that, it takes a little longer to get things you may have requested eg. flat photos. Please note this is a point to note only, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

When I went in to the branch to pick up the keys, the staff (don't know her name) I met was also really warm and cheerful.

The service from Hetheringtons was first class. Their advertisement of our property was superb and I was amazed at the fee as they seem the more 'high end' estate agents.
