Don't clean between tenancy. Don't do repairs. Will leave you all winter with no heating. Charge you for furniture that was already damaged at beginning of lease. Are aggressive, stand offish, constantly doing... Read Full Review

Used them before to rent a flat 6 years ago, thought I'd give them a go. Hired them to let a flat I had bought in Motherwell. Marketing Fees were not finalised in advance. Also all fees are plus VAT. Whereas other agencies include VAT in their fees. Something to think about.
