Fulfords as a letting agency are poor when dealing with problems that they have created whilst completing a checkout process. Rented from Fulfords for 3 and a bit years and they are an absolute bunch of clowns. They let in a contractor without my knowledge and basically gave him the spare key to the property which is trespassing and they didn't seem to care. This has to be the worst estate agent in paignton. The valuation conducted by Nicky was way to high even though I said it to her at the time but insisted it was correct. This agency is absolutely horrific. Avoid at all costs. They do not inspect theor properties properly. I moved into a disgusting state, no electricity.
