I was so pleased to find Shash Stephen - once the property was sensibly priced it was sold quickly but the ensuing sales process was torturous… Shash was on the the entire time and her knowledge and determination resulted in successful sale in the end. Elizabeth the senior negotiator, stay clear from this negotiator, she is not transparent or professional ... she will tell you it’s all fine, assure you that your tenancy agreement is on its way then drop you like a hat at the very last minute, in the meantime she doesn’t care... Read Full Review

We made an offer on a property - offer accepted and we were moving forward with the deal. Our solicitor found out that the sellers didn't own the property legally and therefore the sellers' solicitor couldn't answer any of our questions or concern regarding the property. It turns out ...
