Firstly I would like to start off by saying the service I have received from Dacre, Son And Hartley has been excellent! I can not fault them! Im a professional landlord with over 25 years of buying and selling properties. However, I ventured on a journey to buy my own home in Guiseley. I have experienced working with another estate agent based in the Guiseley area. Unfortunately, my experience with them was a bad one. I now recognise why estate agents have such a bad reputation! However, working with DSH was a joy, especially with Izzy. She is a credit to DSH. My house purchase was 8 months. It was complicated with many houses/people/solicitors in the chain. But Izzy supported me with every step. Her communication, her knowledge, her unbiased opinion was amazing. She didn't push me at all. It was a calm experience working with Izzy. She was almost like a friend. Whenever I needed anything, she would help. Whenever I contacted her, she would be there or return my call. A great service. I highly recommend DSH. If I were to sell my house, without any doubt, I would be selling it through Izzy at DSH

We moved to Dacres to sell our house after another agent wasn't up to the mark, we were delighted to accept an offer from the first viewer and within 2 weeks of the property going on with Dacres. The end of the sales processing was challenging as the buyers tried to negotiate a price reduction. Lesley had just taken over our case from a previous colleague at this time and was a huge support in helping us resolve the issue, She also did a great job at chasing up the chain, going above and beyond to make the process happen. I would definitely recommend Dacres and without Lesley's support in the final few weeks of the sale the process would have been even more stressful!
