Maintainence issues weren't sorted out until vacating the property, demanded rent payments beyond the contracted period and made promises regarding moving dates which weren't upheld, all of this during a pandemic. I will never forget her 'negotiating' with a potential buyer who had made extravagent promises which he seemed to be regretting. It cheered me up and kept me going--important because I was on the verge of backing out of selling on more than one occasion. Her approach was thoroughly professional at all times.

Amie chased them up stating that between us we would get them moving in the right direction. And she did just that keeping us fully informed every step of the way.
In fact, had it not been for Amie's efficiency and going the extra mile things could have been very different. She certainly eased our stress with her professionalism using appropriate humour to keep us on track!
Response to e mails/calls was super efficient from both Cath and Amie.
Highly recommend Dacres and highly recommend a pay rise for these two!!!

Amie from Dacre's in Bingley managed the sale for the vendors of the property we purchased when moving over to Bingley from Leeds, and I have to say she was absolutely fantastic. Super helpful, always quick to respond, and had an answer for anything I asked because she was always one step ahead! Really great customer service and never got annoyed even in those late, tetchy stages when you're just itching to get some news about completion! All of this, and ultimately we weren't Dacre's customers, we were the buyers! Would absolutely recommend using this agency, and Amie comes very highly recommended :)

We recently sold our property and Amie managed the process throughout despite a number of challenges along the way! It took a few months to find a credible buyer for such a unique property and, even once the offer had been negotiated and accepted, there were further challenges along the way with a force change of the buyer's legal team when well underway and the subsequent requirement to repeat some of the early processes from the start and some "teeth-pulling" difficulties towards the end. But throughout, Amie acted professionally and with good humour and it was a pleasure doing businees through her.
