Jenni did a great job getting my Mum's flat marketed when she had to move into a care home. Sadly this became a probate sale in a tricky market but Jenni and then her colleague Claire always kept me cheerfully updated and patiently chased up the conveyancing solicitors.
The sale was hampered by a vendor somewhere in the chain which messed my own buyer around. Claire's persistence in the latter stages was greatly appreciated with numerous accompanied visits and great flexibility with keys, access and advice.

The only opportunity area was the first weekend viewing we had, unfortunately the person who showed us around did not know anything about the property which was a bit disapointing, however they answered all our questions next working day

I was heavily pregnant and our buyer fell through
It was a very stressful time to say the least
With Jenni's guidance and commitment to finding us a new buyer and her communication with the Agents we are purchasing from she kept our chain alive and we move in a couple of weeks
My family can not thank her enough for her professionalism, friendliness and genuine approach to her work and us as individuals
Nothing was too much trouble and Jenni always worked on the next step, before the current one finished to ensure milestones were met
Jenni is happy to pick up the phone and speak to all involved including buyers solicitors/accountants - anyone to help the sale move to completion
