Absolutely dreadfull service again! After numerous calls to several staff who keep changing, (probably an indication of the quality of the company), spoke to the director David Bowen who promised to resolve matters but no satisfactory action taken to remedy the position. At the moment they show us the property in Weybridge, they mentioned to us that the property include some items, painting and fixing will be done before moving. Review as a tenant and based on ending a tenancy. The start of my tenancy was with a different letting agents which was then switched to Curchods mid-tenancy. Please note I tried to be as helpful and courteous of a tenant as possible, happily let them take photos and measurements for advertising.... Read Full Review

Stay well clear. Put in an offer for a property which was accepted. Applied for a mortgage and when I contacted them to find out about the exchange of contracts Curchods continued to market the property and was informed I would have to raise my asking price by GBP20k.
