Having used Curchods before, it was an easy decision to instrust Curchods to sell my masionette, albeit in a poor and uncertain market. Throughout the protracted sale, due to one aborted sale, I found all the staff to be commited in ensuring my property was sold and at a price that I was comfortable with. It was obvious they built trust with my eventual buyers, and provided support to ensure the sales process stayed on track at all stages. Professional, polite and with clear communication, mostly via email. Thank you.

If you are selling in Esher, then Curchods are the only agent you should use. Their local knowledge and team are exceptional. If you are selling in Esher, then Curchods are the only agent you should use. Their local knowledge and team are exceptional. They sold our house within weeks for a fair price in difficult market conditions. Ben Sela the Senior Negotiator followed the sale through to conclusion and couldn't have been more helpful. By the way, the best rates too compared to all the others!

I have just sold a large property through Curchods which was dealt with at their Esher office. I was talking to a friend about Tripadvisor and he mentioned AllAgents, so it gives me much pleasure to thoroughly recomend the services of Curchods. Not only was the property promoted by the Esher office, but also it seems by the whole group and the end result was outstanding. They gave excellent advice, worked very much in my best interests as their fee paying client and whilst probably not the cheapest agent on the high street - they earned every penny, endorsed by achieving well above ideas of value. I commend them to anyone wanting to sell and they are very friendly and attentive to deal with.
