If i could give 0 starts I would.
Moving into a apartment, especially 800wk I would expect it to be reasonably clean, tidy, and safe to inhabit. This was not the . It appears as though zero effort was made to get the property ready a tennant, and found myself stuck cleaning mold, slime and filth from the apartment myself, as Chase Evans deemed this not urgent enough to remedy.
Funnily enough, given how much they bothered me about paying all their fees, I assumed they were dilligent. I guess the only thing they actually care about is getting paid.
