If i could give 0 starts I would.
Moving into a apartment, especially 800wk I would expect it to be reasonably clean, tidy, and safe to inhabit. This was not the . It appears as though zero effort was made to get the property ready a tennant, and found myself stuck cleaning mold, slime and filth from the apartment myself, as Chase Evans deemed this not urgent enough to remedy.
Funnily enough, given how much they bothered me about paying all their fees, I assumed they were dilligent. I guess the only thing they actually care about is getting paid.
010 DO NOT USE.

Move inout process is as easy as it can be and their systems work well

Chase Evans have been professional, responsive and very supportive in helping me find a flat. There were some issues that needed to be sorted upon my move, resulting from previous use of the flat and Noel Ng, the Property Manager has continuously tried their best to help resolve them in a timely fashion. In cases where this was difficult to do in terms of getting approval from the landlord, Noel worked hard to find a resolution that would work for both parties. I continue to be impressed by Noel's responsiveness, fairness, empathy and support in ensuring I have a good experience as a tenant. I would highly recommend Chase Evans based on my experience with Noel.

Great experience having Chase Evans as my lettings agent the past 3 years. Property manager Chanelle Da-Silva was responsive to maintenance requests and was proactive in following up with the landlord and communicating this with us so we were aware of the status of these requests. She also helped make the property check-out process manageable and helped reduce delays in receiving our security deposit back.
