Chase Evans has been a really unprofessional and not understanding agency. The agents, maintenance staff and property managers are the not great at communicating at all.
Dealt with them for 3 years and every time I tried asking them to bring someone to fix something they had excuses as if I was lying that washing machine was broken and to one example they even told me you can try and put the drawers together to fix the chest of drawers.
All they care is money and they are a real rip off, they dont even speak to landlords but make decisions for them and thats pathetic.
They let properties to people with drug issues who dont pay rent for years and they dont do checks at all properly, and those tenants then have to leave with people like us who have a job and pay rent regularly but same time get treated by this agency as if we was trash.
Landlords should avoid letting their places with them if you dont want your property to be destroyed like some I have seen in my neighbourhood.
They increase the rental prices with no sense of adjustment just because the market is high but the properties are never being maintained so you pay for an old flat something that you could pay for a new renovated property.
The check-out process is handled at the worst way possible, the check-in report with check-out report don’t correspond to the slightest and they add fees for stuff that dont even consider wear and tear.
So disappointing

BEWARE of Chase Evans.
Already during our tenancy (4.5 years) they've always been slow and unresponsive.
Once we our tenancy ended, they stopped (almost) any contact with us and haven't yet returned our deposit after 3 months of us leaving the property. They say it takes up to 10 weeks for the deposit to be returned (which isn't industry standard at all). I checked and saw that the deposit is not covered under the deposit scheme after 3 months, which means they're trying scam people, hoping that they won't be able to claim their deposit back with the deposit scheme.
Now we have to report them to the Ombudsman and go through Mydeposit to try and get our money back. Unnecessary stress and hassle.
Oh, goes without saying that all our calls/emails have been ignored.
Dishonest and completely unprofessional! AVOID!

Terrible agency. They have good properties to rent but they won’t solve any issues when you are actually living there. Also, do not rent here if you want your deposit back. I have rented few places before Chase Evans was a real joke. At the first day when I collect the keys from the agency of the flat when I left the agency one of the agent calling my name on the street and asked me to wait and when he came to close by he asked me to check my bank account online to see if I have enough money to pay next month rent ? unbelievable.

Extremely helpful.
The whole buying process was especially tough and stressful, but Alex was very helpful and made a lot of problems easier to deal with and resolve. The communication was impeccable and all my queries were always promptly answered. He also did a lot of extra work to help after the transaction when he didn't need to. Overall very impressed.
