We sold our house through Lucy at Chase B in December 22. Firstly we chose CB for their honest and realistic assessment of the value of our home. There was no aggressive sales pitch nor ridiculous over valuation just to get the gig - which is pretty much how every other agent we met approached it.
Lucy’s dedication and professionalism were instrumental in selling our home. She did a fantastic job.
We also viewed houses with Lucy. What I noticed was that she would come to the property armed with floor plans and build schemes that other neighboring properties had undertaken - not just a “here it is” approach, but real thought into helping a potential buyer assess development potential. Lucy stands alone in the Teddington market and could not recommend her highly enough.
