We opened our doors back in 1994. After many years of working in corporate and independent estate agency, our vision was something simple, but effective. The goal, right from day one, was for Chase Buchanan to be known as Not just another Estate Agent!
This remains true today, as we have evolved into the Areas
's favourite estate agency. Never striving for world domination, we just want to make sure that we give our Clients and Customers the very best level of service and professionalism.

I have been a customer of Chase Buchanan for the last 20 years, and recently was looking to sell a property in St Margaret's Grove. Nick Simpson took over the sale process from a colleague and from the very start managed the buyer/seller relationship very effectively. I was extremely impressed by his constant and clear communication to keep both parties informed. Naj was really great from the very start of our property search. I really appreciated her calling me when a particular house came up that she knew we would be interested in. Instead of getting sent lots and lots of properties which didn’t even match our criteria and wasting time seeing unsuitable houses. She knew what we wanted and I feel she had us in mind when new properties came onto the market. When finally finding a house we liked, she was always very helpful and efficient. She replied quickly to queries and she was happy to take us to visit the house numerous times! I would highly recommend Naj at Chase in st Margarets as she wasn’t pushy, she never put any pressure on us and we felt there was no game playing with her and she was very honest. Thank you Naj!
