Chancellors Sunningdale are fixing their sign boards on peoples properties without permission or verification and then leave them there. Before I signed the contract with Chancellors to sell our house, David, who came to value our house, was extremely personable and friendly and even told me how honest he is. We were very disappointed by the service we received from this agent. We paid a full deposit and one month's rent to secure a property. This was held for 11 days by the agent.
